With your help and communication, we typically see applications completed within 72 hours. We will need to see proof of income, vet records and pet photo (if applicable), and have you fill out a rental verification to be sent to your current property management. Rent is due, every month, on the 1st! We allow up until the 5th to make payments before you receive a late fee. 

Yes. Renter's insurance provides important protections for your personal belongings and peace of mind. For your convenience, we have partnered with Resident Shield, a trusted provider offering affordable coverage that meets all community requirements. Signing up is quick and easy, and policies are automatically shared with our office, saving you time and ensuring compliance from day one. 

Fords Pointe is a pet-friendly community allowing up to two pets per home! We do not have a weight restriction on pets however please contact us directly for information on breed restrictions. 

We allow a maximum of 2 pets (cats/dogs) per unit. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st pet and $200 for the 2nd pet. There are no weight restrictions. However, we do enforce breed restrictions. Please contact us directly for more detailed information or for any questions.

Parking is free and first come, first served for residents.

Yes! Fords Pointe features a gym equipped with an array of machines and weights. 

Because we are trying to preserve the ecosystem within the community's pond, fishing is not allowed, but you are welcome to enjoy watching the fish swim around! 

Fords Pointe is located in the Chatham County School District. 

• K-8: Southwest Elementary and Southwest Middle School - both are less than a mile away providing close and convenient access for our residents. 
• 8-12: New Hampstead High School and Windsor Forest High School - a short distance away and provides options for residents.
• College: Savannah offers an array of amazing colleges including (but not limited to) Georgia Southern University, South University, Savannah State University, and Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).
