Pet Policy

Pet-Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 pets (cats/dogs) per unit. There is a one-time $300 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st pet, $200 for the 2nd pet, and NO added monthly pet rent. There are no weight restrictions, however, we do enforce breed restrictions. Please contact us directly for more detailed information or for any questions.
